Please note:

Any request to appear before Council shall be received, in writing, prior to 10:00 a.m. 7 days preceding the meeting in order to be placed as a new matter on the Council Agenda. The number of delegations on any agenda will be limited to four.

A request to appear before Council pertaining to an item already on the agenda shall be received until 4:00 p.m., on the business day prior to the meeting. 

Delegations are permitted to speak for 5 minutes. PowerPoint presentations or any written submissions, handouts, photos, etc. must be submitted to the City of West Kelowna no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the meeting. Printed materials may not be distributed to Council during a Council meeting, but may be left with the Corporate Officer.
