Application to vote by mail

  1. Complete the below online application form between September 6, 2022 and October 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
  1. If your application is complete and you qualify to vote by mail ballot, a mail ballot package will be available as soon as ballots are produced. Let us know how you would like to receive your ballot package on the form below.
  1. You are responsible for ensuring that your completed mail ballot package is received by the Chief Election Officer no later than 8:00 p.m. on General Voting Day, Saturday, October 15, 2022.
    • Please note: Deadline to receive ballots, via mail, is Friday, October 14, 2022. Mail is not delivered on Saturdays.
    • Drop off in person at West Kelowna City Hall: You may have someone drop off your mail ballot package, on your behalf, to West Kelowna City Hall during regular office hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays, up to Friday, October 14, 2022).
    • Secure Drop Box outside of West Kelowna City Hall: The Chief Election Officer will also accept mail ballots through the secure drop box (look for the labelled drop box sign) outside of City Hall until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15.
